BioTechUSA Fiber Mix contains well-known fiber-sources, such as psyllium husk or glucomannan, also known as konjac extract. Psyllium is a great water-soluble dietary fiber often used to thickening, because it absorbs water effectively and swells up to several times its own weight.

As part of a low-calorie diet, glucomannan contributes to weight-loss* and the maintenance of normal cholesterol level**.

USE AS YOU WISH.

Ingredients containing glucomannan or psyllium are widely use in low-calorie diets, for example to thicken soups, but they are often mixed into a yoghurt or porridge, too. Fiber Mix contains both and we added three more dietary fibers to it, such as inulin, citrus fiber and fructooligosaccharides. Cherry on top, Fiber Mix contains only 10 calories per serving!

You can consume it on its own, mix it with water, add it to your favorite smoothie, use it as a basic ingredient in a fit cake or thicken a soup with it! If you mix it with a probiotic yoghurt, you can give your body prebiotics (water-soluble dietary fibers) and probiotics (thanks to yoghurt cultures) at the same time.

*Beneficial effect is obtained with 3 g of glucomannan per day as part of a low-calorie diet. It should be taken in 1 g doses 3 times a day with 1 or 2 glasses of water, before your meals. As part of a low-calorie diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss.

DIRECTIONS.
